To determine the correct size, I measure my baby's foot exactly as shown in the picture. His foot size is 6 and 1/8 inch so I ordered toddler size 9 EU25 as shown in the size chart and the half inch shoes are TOO LONG! I ordered the exact same size from another brand and they fit perfectly! These shoes appear to be of decent quality but their size is far off. I will be keeping them for my child to grow up but I recommend ordering a size smaller than the chart.
