In today's world of high thread count fabric quilting, especially tie-dye, these Microtex needles are perfect for sewing quilts! I am absolutely amazed by their high sheen, fine point, shaped stem, etc. While they look dainty, they are VERY durable and penetrate through the fabric making my fabric look thinner! They work really well in combination with Madiera or Aurifil yarn!
