Support is also great! They are very responsive when it comes time issues like this one that I faced recently - they were able help me out quickly without any fuss or delay at all which was amazing as we had some critical deadlines coming up soon after my request submission :- ). Nothing really bad about them so far but if you get stuck during your implementation phase then do try contacting support team first before raising tickets since sometimes there can be delays due lack resources/manpower etc., otherwise everything works fine though not much has been needed tweaking yet! We have used cdn services provided through Akami previously where things worked well however slow speeds led us away once again hence wanted another option now using FASLY service instead ;-).
