Very Pleased With Service Provided By Thequeuemarketing Team

Queue It has helped our small business stay up and running when it comes to our online queues. We've been able to have a more consistent flow between customers. Queue It's ability to monitor all of our online queues has allowed us to know what customers are doing and where we need to focus our attention. I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Queue It. They have been great to work with, and they are always available if there is something that needs to be fixed or changed. We were

Great for Customer Service and Tech Support

I like that you can set up different queues depending what type of request it is (i.e., customer service or tech support). You also have access from any device which makes life easier! Sometimes when there are too many requests at once we get overwhelmed with all of them coming through so this helps us manage our workload better. We do not dislike anything about QueueIt but if you're looking into using another product then look elsewhere as they don't offer much more than just queuing software.

Pretty Great Product For Our Team Needs

I have used this product for about 6 months now, and it's been great! It keeps things nice and organized while we do our daily work from home. And when there are major events at work (like holidays or other important dates), it helps us stay up to date with what's going on without having to get out of bed early. There's nothing really bad that i can say about it as far as customer service goes. If you're looking for something simple and easy to set up, but still good enough quality, then try…

  • Easy way yo create custom fields in your projects.
  • Nice overview per section viewable during planning sessions so no need scrolling back an forth between sections like old timr tracker did where everything was mixed together under each phase tabbed separately.you could see only 2 tabs max before getting lost..with new QM its not too
