Queue It has helped our small business stay up and running when it comes to our online queues. We've been able to have a more consistent flow between customers. Queue It's ability to monitor all of our online queues has allowed us to know what customers are doing and where we need to focus our attention. I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Queue It. They have been great to work with, and they are always available if there is something that needs to be fixed or changed. We were experiencing some issues with our web site not being able to load properly at times. Queue It was able to help us fix these problems. We also used them to set up a new email address so that our customers could send emails to our new email address instead of using our old one.
