I like that you can set up different queues depending what type of request it is (i.e., customer service or tech support). You also have access from any device which makes life easier! Sometimes when there are too many requests at once we get overwhelmed with all of them coming through so this helps us manage our workload better. We do not dislike anything about QueueIt but if you're looking into using another product then look elsewhere as they don't offer much more than just queuing software. It allows me to see who's requesting help first before having to go out myself - great time saver!! This means less downtime overall since i'm able to handle things quicker rather than going back & forth between my team members. Also being able to send messages directly via email instead of phone call saves money/time.
