Not used yet. but it looks ok Bought for mom. This is her favorite lip balm and she had trouble finding it at the local store. She really likes this brand because it doesn't roll off the surface because it's oval instead of round. She said it was more convenient in the pocket. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was listed as the best but shipping took over 2 days.
