Review on 🖨️ OKI MICROLINE 320 Turbo Mono Dot Matrix Printer: Dependable and Efficient! by Chris Kaul

We need a dot matrix printer for two part invoice forms. I couldn't find a dot matrix printer with Windows 10 compatible drivers, but I read reviews online that Oki would help me install the drivers. I bought this printer and called Oki to help me install it. Your customer service is excellent and the technician was willing to spend almost an hour on the phone with me to install the correct driver, set up the printer and even load paper. This is an older model of dot matrix printer so the menus and settings are based on older technology and are a bit clunky, but that seems to be the case with dot matrix printers in general. I had purchases and had to return a similar Epson model because when I called Epson they said Microsoft should help me and Microsoft told me to call Epson. VERY frustrating and disappointing. I would highly recommend the seller, the printer and Oki for their outstanding customer service.
