Two different sizes!

I have ordered this item 3 times. It was good the first time, I liked it a lot, the stones were smaller than expected, towards the end of the rope it was a bit rusty and a few stones were missing, but I worked with it. The second time was the same so it was perfect but shorter than the first time (but it was good). Last time I ordered 2 pieces. When they arrived they were TWO DIFFERENT sizes! This is a photo of the last order I received. The smaller is the size they should be.
