Review on 🏡 Barnyard Designs 2-Tier Floating Shelves: Farmhouse Rustic Vintage Industrial Decor for Walls – Solid Pine Wood & Metal Bookshelf by Barbara Bailey

I really liked these shelves and I happily hung them in my son's room. Bought three sets. The parts arrived with no assembly instructions so I emailed BarnYard Designs directly and they politely and promptly provided them. However, the instructions state that the shelves must be fully assembled before attaching to the wall. This seemed impossible because when the shelves are fully assembled, the two holes on the flanges are blocked by the wood of the shelf, barring the possibility of using those holes to install equipment. Given the weight and strength of these shelves, we didn't want to risk installing them with only half the hardware, so we sent them back. I have updated this review after Barnyard Designs contacted me directly. They were very responsive and went out of their way to make us happy so no issues with their customer service which was truly exceptional; The product just didn't meet our needs.
