The cow vibrates, the large claw clip easily attaches to most things!
This cow vibrates when the rope is pulled - I didn't understand that and we love it! This is a children's claw clip toy. It's a tension cord (coated, safe) that vibrates as you pull and release. My son loves to bite it (teeth) and giggles when pulled out. In addition, thanks to the clip, we can attach it to most toys. I originally bought this to replace some of the toys on sale. I like playsets but the toys looked a bit worn and rough. I'm glad I got these!
