I love how easy it is to set up in your office or home and have it connect to your phone via wifi. You can also monitor in real time from anywhere. It's not as accurate as you would think. Sometimes it can be off by more than 10%. I've used other products before but this one has the best customer service and support. If you're looking for something that will help you see what employees are doing at any given time, this product is perfect! We are able to check in on our employees remotely and make sure they are working where we want them to be.
