DMPs are a great way to track all of your marketing efforts

I like that it has all of my tools in one place - which makes for less time spent searching. It's also easy enough for others who don't have as much experience with DMPs to use without having to train them on how things work. I wish more categories were available within the platform so we could see what our customers are looking at instead of just seeing everything they do. Also, being able to customize reports would help us figure out exactly where users are spending their most valuable time…

Good multi-functional, flexible and customizable

I like that it is very scalable as you can set up different rules for each profile/user group etc., which makes managing large numbers easy with no need to create multiple profiles or workflows just because there are many users in one organization! Sometimes we have trouble finding answers when questions arise; but this might be our own fault since usually these problems resolve themselves once some time has passed without us solving them ourselves by looking at other options within MDM tool…

Difficult at times but provides great insights into your business

I like the ability to pull in data from a variety of sources. This allows us to be able to pull in data from multiple sources and then use the data to create a single view of the customer. This allows us to understand our customers better and target our advertising more effectively. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the platform and the interface can be confusing. It is very important to get the proper training and to be able to work with the platform to understand how to use it. I am able…

Fantastic tool helping me manage communications

I like that it provides full visibility into all my customer interactions including CRM activity as well as other third party systems such as social media platforms or websites etc which is great for cross-channel campaigns/marketing efforts. It can be difficult at times when you need more than one person working with your account in order to have access to certain functions within the system but this has always been resolved quickly by their team members who are brilliant!   • Wide variety choice regarding contact data sources.
  • Ability integrate different contacts databases easily without needing helpers.
  • Multiple integration options allow users easy way out if problems arise during implementation phase e.g EASY DATA IMPLEMENTATION PLAN option means no expensive fees paid up front
