I like the ability to pull in data from a variety of sources. This allows us to be able to pull in data from multiple sources and then use the data to create a single view of the customer. This allows us to understand our customers better and target our advertising more effectively. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the platform and the interface can be confusing. It is very important to get the proper training and to be able to work with the platform to understand how to use it. I am able to understand my customers better and target my advertising more effectively.
