Description of Nooxit

Nooxit the automation powerhouse for your finance department. The software uses machine learning and historic finance process data to - automate manual data processing - detect double payments - detect anomalies - correct manual errors. Our software is used by finance departments. Nooxit integrates with standard finance processes, like the invoice to pay process. The software is plugged to the customer's ERP system. Currently the solution implements four features: 1) Reversal avoidance Nooxit can help to prevent rework and process errors in the posting process. It analyzes every finance posting in real time and alerts accountants about possible errors that lead to reversals and suggest corrections. 2) Anomaly detection The software can help to prevent financial losses. It detects unusual posting patterns and fraud in real-time. It detects postings with unusual or rare combinations of attribute values for example unusual combinations of general ledger accounts or user accounts, rarely used accounts, unusual booking times etc. 3) Accounting field suggestion Nooxit can help to increase automation and standardization in the posting process of invoices without a purchase order. From the line item text, the supplier number and the amount the softwares AI derives suggestions for the remaining fields like G/L account, LZB number, cost centre, VAT code etc. These suggestions help to significantly reduce manual data input. 4) Avoid duplicate payments The software helps to reduce duplicate payments. The software analyses paid invoices and alerts the accountant if a duplicate is detected. This allows them to recover the financial loss.

The software's ease of use, powerful functions are great assets to my organization so all our tasks run smoother with an overall improvement in work process flow efficiency! I haven't found anything that we aren’t able or willing do using it daily but maybe there is?! Software for your Accounting needs: Nooxit

The ease of use, the support and the customer service are all top notch! I wish it was more intuitive to connect with other products that we have at nooxit such as Quickbooks and Xero. We haven't found any other software that is as easy to use or has better customer service than Nooxit! It makes accounting easier by automating repetitive tasks and providing real-time feedback from our accounting team. A great tool for managing and tracking business transactions

I like that it is easy to use, integrates with our accounting system (Quickbooks) seamlessly so we don't have any issues keeping up-to date or having data entry errors in one place instead of multiple places across different programs/apps - which can be hard if you're not using them daily! It's also nice knowing my team has access from anywhere via mobile devices since they are able to see all important information at their fingertips whenever needed without an internet connection required…

Very user friendly - Saves hours everyday

I like that it allows me to make changes in my budget without having to wait for approval from HR or Finance. Also, when you have multiple people working off of one document there is no need for more than one copy of the file. Sometimes we get conflicting information about what needs to be done by both teams (HR & IT) so this helps keep things straight! It also makes managing budgets very easy with all info available at any time. The ability to print hard copies has been helpful as well! We are
