Easy to use, I liked the ability to see the data in several ways from various data sources. I didn't like that it would not allow you to add more than one data source. I also didn't like that it would not let you change the date to a different format. I had no problems with instantOLAP. It was easy to learn, and it was easy to put on the server. The most important thing about this product to me was that it allowed us all in our team (which included sales reps) access from anywhere at any time for reports we needed fast! It's not perfect but I think they are working hard towards making improvements as far back history goes too.
