Great platform with room and potential growth

The most important thing about this product to me was that it allowed us all in our team (which included sales reps) access from anywhere at any time for reports we needed fast! It's not perfect but I think they are working hard towards making improvements as far back history goes too.
Accessibility of data across teams within the same organisation can be improved by allowing users multiple logins per account rather than one login only so everyone has easy acccess without having to ask permission each time new user logs into their computer/device etc.

Pros

Being able take queries, run them through an optimisation process then deploy those optimized versions automatically or manually according your requirements is very handy!! Also reporting interface with ability yo see historical performance information which helps you identify trends over period
