Good customer service. Works for heightening toe box.

My order was missing the set of metal spot stretching plugs, so I contacted FootFitter. Their response was prompt, courteous, and I received the plugs quickly. Using the stretcher is easy after taking a bit of time to understand the instructions and how to work the different dials. Using it with a stretching spray to increase the height of the toe box on size 7.5 running shoes. I leave the stretcher in for as long as I can wait -- a few days -- and it works well.

PROs:Smooth finish without varnish. I had one by another company and they finished it with something that stuck to the inside of the shoe and tore the lining. I did NOT have that issue with this one.Actually fits for my shoe size -- I'm a 6.5 to 7 B and was burned on the last one (mentioned above). Excellent Shoe Stretcher!

Great product! I purchased one to see if I liked it and ended up buying another one so I could stretch a pair of shoes at the same time. I think that they're well worth the price. They are very well constructed and should last a lifetime. They work easily - simply twist the hook to widen and/or twist the knob to lengthen. My feet are 8.5 and I purchased the women's large (8.5-10.0) and they're perfect.

Get two, it's worth it

I bought one thinking I could just switch them out of one shoe and into another after 8-12 hrs of stretching. HOWEVER, it actually takes longer than 8 hrs to stretch your shoe, so I ended up buying another one. I didn't purchase the recommended spray that's supposed to help with the stretching (this spray pops up with you view the product). I just don't want to risk spraying my leather shoes with something. The footfitter arrived on time. The instructions were very clear, making it a simple matter to operate. I have used it on a couple pair of tennis shoes to both lenghten and widen. I am very pleased with the results. I am going to order one for boots. It is a small price to pay to make the shoes more comfortable to wear.

Great tool. for my opinion

Awesome device. Use it on my Hoka running shoes, most models run to narrow and I use it to widen shoe rather then to step up one size. Only problem is that now my wife wants one too, should've thought of it when I ordered mine otherwise great tool especially if you like using a specific shoe or brand.

Great for wide feet.

I have fairly wide feet and it's always a hassle to find shoes that fit me, even in the shoe store. But I needed a specific pair of leather dress shoes and they were too narrow. Great product!: my feedback

I had two problem pair of shoes. I was careful not to over stretch so I applied the stretcher twice, stretching a little and then a little more. I only had trouble with the right shoe in each pair and the two stretches worked out perfectly. I have worn both pair for many hours in total comfort.

Buying a second one because it's great

Bought this back in 2012, and have used it numerous times to widen my shoes and stretch the heel. I've used on flats mostly, but have also done high heels. It works really great, and it isn't flimsy at all. I'm buying a second one, because it's worth it.

The product that I received is a one-way stretcher - only width and not length. It does not have the block for the heel. I don't have the time to send it back, so I have decided to keep the one they incorrectly sent. I'm giving the one they sent a try currently. Works Well on my review.

This shoe stretcher worked well for my cycling shoes. The "ball" of my right pinky toe has bump on the outside. Probably a bunion or something. It gets tight in certain shoes and sneakers but I'm not a wide so it takes me awhile to stretch shoes. My cycling shoes haven't really broken in to this spot so I thought I'd try a stretcher.
