I like that it provides full visibility into all my customer interactions including CRM activity as well as other third party systems such as social media platforms or websites etc which is great for cross-channel campaigns/marketing efforts. It can be difficult at times when you need more than one person working with your account in order to have access to certain functions within the system but this has always been resolved quickly by their team members who are brilliant! There isn't much dislike about MDP apart from not being able to see additional marketing information relating to emails sent through our website - however we're now looking forward to having these features added soon so will update once they do!! Using MDP allows us to track each interaction across multiple channels allowing us to target customers effectively and drive sales / revenue via email, SMS & Website messages along with Facebook posts etc.
