    Download Jabra Direct, pair with PC and phone

    Download Jabra Direct software to pair your headset with your computer! Press and hold the center button on the headset for 3 seconds to activate pairing. Once connected it works GREAT with my phone and PC as I can play and pause audio on my computer and play videos on my phone without having to reconnect or experience lag!

    Overpriced bluetooth network adapters

    I recently got a new docking station and had to unplug a few USB devices to get everything set up between the docking station, my laptop and the KVM switch. In all of this I somehow lost my Jabra Link 370 and had to order a replacement. I bought the cheapest I could find but even then it was overpriced. There's no reason a silly little Bluetooth USB adapter should cost that much.

    Perfect for connecting my 75t headphones to my laptop

    I agree with everyone here on the common theme: what's wrong with the price? USB adapter. Or maybe it's handmade by unicorns. who will say The thing works great.     This product does exactly what it's supposed to do: seamlessly connects my Elite 75t headphones to my HP laptop. The fact that a special key is required for this convenience is annoying and misses Jabra, but this product is good.

    Comes in pink bubble wrap - don't think this is a genuine Jabra product

    Very questionable packaging for this product. I'm not sure if this is a genuine Jabra product. Get your money back and get it from a reputable electronics retailer or order direct from Jabra. You don't have to risk malware being loaded onto this very cheap and suspiciously packaged device. Jabra products are very high quality - just not what they are capable of.

    Essential for Jabra headsets

    Using this instead of direct Bluetooth on my laptop and desktop increases the range and reliability of the headset. JabraDirect is required for setup but easy to use. I have one on each computer and the headset connects to both with no issues.

    Works with Jabra Elite Active 75T

    With this I can finally use my Jabra Elite Active 75T on my PC. Webex, Skype and Zoom on my desktop PC. Tested call with Cisco IP Communicator works fine. Music playback on YouTube is also good. The only thing that annoys me is that it notifies me to upgrade firmware from v2 to v1. I don't want to disable the notification so I just ignore it. I didn't downgrade the firmware for fear of ruining the handset.

    Improved voice quality on older Macs

    I had a 2010 Mac mini with Bluetooth 2.0. I tried the Jabra 510 and 810 speakers with a Mac via Bluetooth, but the voice quality was poor (direct USB connection sounded ok). Quicktime Player 7 recordings showed it sampled at 8000Hz over Bluetooth. I added a Jabra Link 370, installed the Jabra software, updated the firmware on all my devices (connect to USB to update) and the sample rate went up to 16000Hz when connected via 370 which is a definite improvement and competes with a direct USB…
