Very important. Far superior to the OEM product.
Much better than the original headphones that came standard with my SUV's entertainment system. They're better built, fold better, and even come with their own storage box! I love using IR (my car's entertainment system) and anything else you can connect with a 3.5mm audio cable. My kids can watch movies with them in my SUV while I listen to other things (music). via my car's standard speakers, no problem!
