*It's quick and easy. I did both hands in less than 15 minutes. This is a great way to get a professional manicure in minutes. Instructions: Buff your nail and apply a base coat. Apply the foil firmly to the nail, making sure it does not overlap the sidewalls of the finger. File the tip, do not pull or stretch the sheath. Apply a good top coat and your set. I used Seche Base Polish and Orly Top Coat. I had no blisters under the nail wrap.
