This humidifier screen worked for 1 day. Once I unpacked it and put it to sleep. I set the timer and the humidity. I woke up and it was good. It didn't seem like it lasted the full 8 hours but I thought I was wrong. Unfortunately I threw the box away the next day. The night I tried to turn it on, the screen didn't light up. I can no longer control the humidity or the timer. To get it working, I plug it in and press on the blank screen until I finally press where the power button was. It turns on and gives off a cool mist, but I can't control its intensity. In the morning I have to turn it off for it to go off. waste of money. I'll keep it in the closet for emergencies (you never know when you might need a partially working humidifier, and it puts out a cool mist) and order a better one from Levoit.
