I can't stand on the floor to use the BackJoy back extension. Look, I'm 72 years old and disabled. I thought my son might share this with me. I use it by leaning on it in my chair while sitting upright. It actually stretches my back without touching the ground. I also noticed that my adult son uses it on the floor. He has a lot of back problems so he should get some relief from using it too. One star deducted only because of the price. I think it's a bit high for the simplicity of the backpack. It's just a rigid foam shape that's sloped and has ridges. But it works! I recommend it!
