24" starter kit in very good quality. Comes with a motorized front wheel (labeled 36V, 750W), throttle, two brake levers with motor cut-off, electronic wheel control, large battery bag , cable wrap, multiple zip ties, owner's manual, and test guide. The bike I chose for this project was a 24" BMX-style bike. The tire that came with the bike initially seemed too big for a motorized balance bike, but after once the tube was inflated the tire fitted fairly well.The front fork had to be opened a few millimeters to get the motorized wheel axle into the grooves with the supplied inner washers.It also required a slight modification to fit the wheel with the supplied outer support washers The throttle and thumb brake levers slid over the handlebars with very little effort and let adjust and tighten easily. I bought a cheap luggage rack to attach the battery bag. Three 12V, 15Ah batteries (connected in series) and the motor controller fit in a bag with a lot of space. The cables were neatly done with the included cable jacket. Due to the weight of the bike I found it necessary to install an inexpensive and good quality front caliper for better deceleration. All in all a very painless setup. A motorized wheel tends to chug at low throttle, like it's switching back and forth. Not sure why. At full throttle the bike moves fast and produces amazing torque. The 36v 15ah batteries seem to be enough to support my frame under 'normal' riding conditions on this under 200lb bike. Time will tell if this kit will hold up. -Bicycle.
