I'm always hesitant to buy clothes online but I'm very happy with these pants. I bought these for my 8 year old boy who weighs about 62 pounds and is quite tall and skinny. The pair we ordered fitted very well with little room to grow. I like that they are lightweight and that he can wear pants underneath. It's great to be able to change inner layers after a sweaty hike in cold weather. important to keep warm! I will buy this brand again when my son outgrows this pair.
