Great idea and I was very happy to try this product. Massage your backpack while traveling or get stuck at the airport, who wouldn't want that? So I was really against the idea, but the execution left a lot to be desired for me. The bag basically has a power bank that will either power the massagers (lower back and shoulders) or charge any USB battery powered device. You can use any of the others, and to switch between them you'll have to rummage through your backpack. The massagers are loud and ok. I'm not a fan of the massage grips on the shoulder straps as they aren't the most comfortable, but the lower back is fine. I thought the whole idea and design would be more practical and seamless, but I just didn't think so. This backpack concept needs some work.
