Disappointing backpack with poor protection

Using this luggage as our daily laptop carrier, we found the compartment to be too small and uncomfortable for a 15-inch device. While the integrated massaging feature sounds nice, it hardly delivers on its promises. On the plus side, the design is visually appealing, but it falls short on practicality. Unfortunately, this backpack doesn't offer the protection it claims to, making it a poor investment for anyone looking for reliable laptop backpacks.

Great in theory but not in practice

Great idea and I was very happy to try this product. Massage your backpack while traveling or get stuck at the airport, who wouldn't want that? So I was really against the idea, but the execution left a lot to be desired for me. The bag basically has a power bank that will either power the massagers (lower back and shoulders) or charge any USB battery powered device. You can use any of the others, and to switch between them you'll have to rummage through your backpack. The massagers are loud…

Tempered Expectations

I think people buying this should be realistic - the backpack isn't a dedicated massager and if you need one, you should get a dedicated one Buy a massager. The purpose is primarily a backpack, and the massage function is a nice secondary icing on the cake. I didn't give it five stars because of the high price.
