The finish is good but the storage is terrible. Once your bag is packed, ALL other bags are useless! You can't even get into these narrow pockets with your hands. The big branch is a joke. In order to access anything, you basically have to take EVERYTHING you've packed with you to get access to anything. Beautiful bags, but absolutely useless! If you're only wearing pants and a shirt, other subjects might make sense. I was so angry I bought it for a trip to Indonesia and now I'm stuck with it as the return date has passed AND I paid for the extended warranty. And here I am in Indonesia with a backpack that's as functional as a garbage bag.
