I have this to activate the fire bell and strobe light outside my detached garage when there is a fire inside. Just rebuilding after the fire burned for over 3 hours in the middle of the night before anyone noticed. Easy installation and clear instructions. I have used this relay and a 120-24v transformer to power 24v strobe lights and horn/siren units throughout my house. When the relay is activated it supplies 120v to my transformer which supplies the necessary 24v to turn on the strobes and siren.
