Sturdy hard case that protects your glasses well. I keep my glasses case in my backpack so it compresses a lot, but the glasses are always fine. However, the flash suffered a little. The edges of the case that connect to the zipper are slightly dented along the zipper line, so I sometimes have to tug/pull straight on them to fully close the zipper. It's hard to describe, but after 6 months of use, the zipper still works in my backpack and only occasionally snags on me. Before intensive use, there were no problems at all with the intervention. For lighter use, like in the glove box of a car or similar, you should be fine. I have never used a belt loop or clip. The interior is large but not very soft, so at first I was worried that my glasses would rattle or wobble in it, but that wasn't a problem. I certainly wouldn't use it for regular glasses as there would be too much space and they would wobble a lot. On the other hand, the larger body means it fits most goggles. I use it with my FF Cabo.
