I like how easy it is for me as an internal user of this tool to create my own dashboards with multiple KPIs in one place - all within minutes! The ability to get data from any source into Power BI or Excel without having to go through several steps/tools makes life easier. It's not very intuitive at first but once you figure out where everything goes (it can be overwhelming), things start getting much more manageable. There are some features missing such as being able to use filters when creating new reports which would make report creation faster and less repetitive work. Also there isn't anything else available if needed so have to build our entire dashboard ourselves instead of just building off others' existing solutions. We're solving many problems by consolidating spreadsheets into 1 centralized platform allowing us to easily pull up historical information about different aspects of our organization.
