Need a winter jacket for our newly rescued pup. Measurements: length 14 inches, neck 12 inches, girth 19 inches. She is 17 pounds. see photos. Got away from measurements, not weight, and got a medium. Velcro under stomach and neck - no protrusions on or over the head, which is important. The belly area has some stretch/elastic to allow the harness to accommodate as it grows. I bought this stylish jacket 2 years ago for our lifeguard Pitty who can't seem to find the right jacket. We had to measure her neck and length, but she had a massive girth. I added extra velcro and it fits perfectly. This jacket is still worn in cold weather so while I can't comment on this current purchase my old purchase is in good condition. For the price I am happy with the purchase.
