Cartridges are easy and hassle free to swap out. Mainly used to print documents, not photos. Works well, head not cleaned yet. Print in draft mode if I can to save. I use about 1 pack of photo paper a month, so I get at least (I think) a 700 page review from the manufacturer/seller. Good quality overall, I rate the low value for money because the HP is expensive and also 4 stars for that aspect. I used cartridges from other manufacturers in a previous printer and can try again. Basically satisfied, except for the price.
