UPDATE: Zosie has contacted you and they are very nice. We have a faulty HDMI connection so they are sending a new DVR! Talk about great service! Currently it stays at 5 stars. I am giving five stars at the moment but we are having issues with the system at the moment. I think we may have received a faulty system, but tech support is working on it. This screen turns pink and green when we turn on the TV to see the cameras. When we first launched it was perfect, absolutely perfect, the cameras were crystal clear with just a little tweaking. But after a few days, when we turn on the TV to see the cameras, the picture is pinkish-green. Hopefully tech support is working and will let us know what's wrong. I will update over time
