Amazing quality!

The camera system took a little longer than I wanted, but overall I'm very happy with my purchase. As an electrician who has installed hundreds of cameras over the past 15 years I can say I am impressed with the overall quality of the system. The cameras are by no means cheap, they have crystal clear images during the day and sharp images at night. The cameras themselves are durable and easy to install. The DVR works great. The only downside I see with the system is that the cables are all 100โ€ฆ

UPDATE: Zosie has contacted you and they are very nice. We have a faulty HDMI connection so they are sending a new DVR! Talk about great service! Currently it stays at 5 stars. I am giving five stars at the moment but we are having issues with the system at the moment. I think we may have received a faulty system, but tech support is working on it. This screen turns pink and green when we turn on the TV to see the cameras. When we first launched it was perfect, absolutely perfect, the camerasโ€ฆ

BAD quality on security and surveillance

This product is rubbish, as is the maintenance. The product I've been working hard on came about 3 months before I started having issues with cameras turning off and crashing. The first time I was able to contact the technical team was to reset my password and it was via email and that is the only way to get technical service or technical support. As it was for simple things like resetting my passwords, I was able to access it two days after they replied to me and I had no complaints. But after

Customer service: Video surveillance device

I ordered the ZOSI 16 camera system (without HDD) on 05/09/2021 and received the package on 05/11/2021. When I installed them I had a password problem and tried to fix it myself but to no avail. Then I contacted ZOSI support. I got an immediate reply from SHIRLEY and he immediately helped me to solve the problem. It has been a wonderful customer care experience from ZOSI and the people who work there, especially the support from SHIRLEY is exceptional. While installing the rest of the system Iโ€ฆ

Hard drives won't format, one camera didn't work properly.

I'm disappointed with this. After looking at several similar systems for a long time, I settled on this one and bought it without a hard drive as I have several of them. Along the way, he decided to buy a WD 4TB Surveillance Disk. I could NOT get this system to format this drive or any other green 4TB drive I had on hand, although they format and work fine on a PC. Format them in the system stopped at 90% and then said the impossibility of formatting. Also, one camera did not turn on the IRโ€ฆ
