I ordered the ZOSI 16 camera system (without HDD) on 05/09/2021 and received the package on 05/11/2021. When I installed them I had a password problem and tried to fix it myself but to no avail. Then I contacted ZOSI support. I got an immediate reply from SHIRLEY and he immediately helped me to solve the problem. It has been a wonderful customer care experience from ZOSI and the people who work there, especially the support from SHIRLEY is exceptional. While installing the rest of the system I had another problem with 2 cameras. I found one is completely dead and the other has working IR LEDs but no picture. I've tried several times to get it working, but again to no avail. I then replaced them with my two old ZOSI cameras and found that the whole system worked flawlessly. So I wanted to return these bad cameras to ZOSI and contacted SHIRLEY again for instructions and he responded quickly and told me that he would send me 2 new cameras and I shouldn't worry about sending these 2 bad cameras back to theirs . . Today (05/15/2021) I received 2 new cameras from ZOSI, as Shirley promised me. They (ZOSI) are very quick to solve customer service issues and I highly recommend contacting ZOSI customer service immediately if anyone needs technical support for ZOSI camera systems. They will resolve these issues to your satisfaction very quickly. You will be very lucky if you contact SHIRLEY there in the first moment! Thank you SHIRLEY!
