So in the past I have bought many pairs of Adidas for general use. I have always loved her and still love her. Still, I was very happy to receive this exact shoe as a replacement for my old pair (a different model). Of course, when I got them in the mail the length was perfect, but the width was noticeably wider than my old shoes. I thought maybe it's just a certain shoe. So I bought another one from Adidas the other day, and of course the ones that ran too. Even when I tightened the laces as tightly as I could (the material of the shoe folded on its own), both this shoe and the other new style I got were made for people with wide feet. The odd thing is that my 3 year old pair of Adidas (original men's speed trainers) weren't that wide. Either Adidas is making shoes for wide feet now, or I've magically gone from a regular D-width foot to an AAA-width foot. Crazy! I wanted to love them but seriously Adidas why are they so wide?
