Not very dense in my review
If you are looking for general use foam tiles, these will work well. But, if you need some to handle to heavy weight use or abuse I would look for another set. To give you an idea, a 10 lb weight left on them for just a few seconds will leave a deep impression. So yes, the padding is nice, but would not hold up to heavy abuse.
