Review on 🔄 Enhanced Compression Upgraded Aluminum Extruder by Creality by Aaron Ward

Bigger springs are a good upgrade to keep the bed level. However, like many other reviewers, this package was missing a piece. You have not sent the extrusion pin on which the extrusion clamp rotates. I can reuse the plastic that came with my printer, but that defeats the purpose of buying a metal replacement kit. Edit: Initially a user error on my part. The push pin was already present and was not supplied like the other parts. I only noticed this when I wanted to use the existing plastic pin and saw that the metal pin was already there. The upgraded parts work well, the larger springs definitely help keep the platform level better than the stock springs which I had to level the platform after almost every press. However, new wheels chafe, so you'll probably want to print spacers for them. The filament also rubs heavily on the new extruder gear, creating "dust” that collects on the extruder. It's not much and so far it hasn't affected my prints, but I'll try replacing the tube with a frictionless Bowden tube and see if that fixes the problem. Overall I recommend this upgrade kit and for the price it's not a big risk.
