Review on Generic DEOTOX Underarm Detox Scrub by Teresa Diers

Bought this scrub because I use an aluminum antiperspirant deodorant and there are times when I just feel like my deodorant just isn't working anymore. Then I switch smells and everything repeats. I did a little research and found that aluminum deodorant is very difficult to wash off the surface of skin and clothing. What happens is a build up of deodorant, sweat, etc. in the armpits, which isn't very comfortable. So I figured I'd buy an armpit detox scrub to reduce buildup so my deodorant would continue to work without having to change scents etc. Other than that I don't think it will work for this purpose. This scrub is not very rough. The peeling balls are very small and do not clean the skin as effectively as hoped. Realizing this, I knew I had to add a few extra steps. I showered at night, used that, then washed my armpits with my regular body gel, then used the scrub again. Then I went to bed without deodorant to rest my armpits and when I woke up I showered again and scrubbed myself a few times. This seemed to give me the best results, although it still wasn't what I was hoping for. I don't think this product will work the way I want it to. I think this will probably work best for those who use natural deodorant.
