Review on Lucidya - Social Media Analytics by Wayne Moody

I like how it provides you all of your data in one place. It also has great filters to help sort through everything so that you can find exactly what you're looking for without having to sift through lots of noise. Sometimes there's lag time between when something posts and shows up in my dashboard but this isn't too bad as long as its not super frequent or constant. We use it primarily to track engagement across our blogs/websites. This helps us understand where we need to focus our efforts going forward. Also gives me insight into which topics are most engaging overall.
