Use a hammer, not a hammer!

My first impression was that the parts do not appear to be as strong and durable as advertised. It was so light I thought maybe it was painted plastic and not metal. I was pleasantly surprised that when fully assembled it was balanced and strong with the seams matching well. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly (albeit time consuming) was a simple process. It took me about 2 hours to assemble each piece but that was user error. I didn't have a hammer handy as the instructions recommended and used a light hammer instead. (Note to self - don't use the wrong tool or it will take forever). I was so nervous that I might bend or crumple a piece that I spent most of my time figuring out a technique that would work best with what I had. Still, it held up well to the constant knocking, but I'm sure my neighbors were annoyed by the constant knocking. I've been using the towel rail in my newly renovated bathroom for about 3 weeks and am happy with the purchase. The only thing I would like is that the distance between each bar is bigger and the bottom level is a bit higher. I want to buy luxury towels that are bigger, thicker, and better quality than the ones I currently have, but I'm not sure how well they dry in such humid conditions (when they're so close together). I'm also not a fan of towels dragging across the floor, so I might have to sacrifice towels for this cool hanger.

Pros
  • Heavy duty steel construction
Cons
  • Style 90
