Customer service no longer working. Too bad because it looked great.

Item arrived without two end caps on the bottom support platform. I have contacted the seller Written twice with no response (aside from no response to the first email) I would expect that from a cheap product but for $65 I expect at least basic customer service It's too hard to take apart and return it too bad 'cause it looked great.

Pros
  • Dimensions: (L) 26-3/8" x (W) 13-15/16" x (H) 33"
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great Idea Poor Execution

I was so excited when I discovered this product. When I assembled it, the top stem of the tallest brace (rear) was a bit wider than it should be. So it was difficult to attach the best and he turned the rack so it leaned forward a little. It's hard to see with a towel on it, but the gap between the B-pillar and C-pillar is absurdly small. Good thing I plan on just putting a towel on it.

Pros
  • Rust Resistant
Cons
  • Defective

Use a hammer, not a hammer!

My first impression was that the parts do not appear to be as strong and durable as advertised. It was so light I thought maybe it was painted plastic and not metal. I was pleasantly surprised that when fully assembled it was balanced and strong with the seams matching well. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly (albeit time consuming) was a simple process. It took me about 2 hours to assemble each piece but that was user error. I didn't have a hammer handy as the instructions…

Pros
  • Heavy duty steel construction
Cons
  • Style 90
