Compressor Perfect Spring

You no longer have to search for a spring compressor. This is absolutely the easiest, well-made spring compressor I've ever used. This is just one example of how important it is to have the right tool for the job.

Damaged my 2k followers

Do yourself a favor use this on crappy followers and not like the 2k followers I just bought. It will only hurt my kings and I'm not happy with it. It's no use scratching your kings, I was more likely to scratch the quill but this did both! To return!

The easiest way to replace shock absorbers or springs.

Ease of use compared to the classic "car parts rental tool" day and night. I added some extra thread lubricant and used an electric impact tool to tighten them and compress the springs and it worked effortlessly. In general, it looked much safer than other designs.

Reliable suspension tool

I've dealt with many coil spring compressors. They all let me down, slipped or broke in half. This one is solid and strong. The crossbar provides additional comfort. Also, I don't worry if something flies in my face or breaks through a wall. Haven't used it on my Ford Raptor springs yet, but have used it on a 2010 f150. I felt safe using it and love the fact that it has alternating sides so the spool doesn't bend at an angle.

Great tool but bought this used "acceptable "

4 star product, nothing 5 star product here and only 3 stars because Amazon says it is acceptable. Yes, it can be used, but I'm a little afraid to use it as the previous owner didn't know how to use tools. The threading on one of these is pretty sketchy, and when it comes to compressing the springs, you don't want them to fail and shoot you in the face with a spring or strut. However, on a NEW OMT spring compressor of the same model, this one was amazing and I would be SURE a specialty store…
