Where to start? This item was delivered today, the box is shabby as if it was shipped across the United States. This drill came packaged in a box with surge protectors for my lizard and several boxes of malt or flour. There were two anti-bubble strips in the box so I'm 99% sure it was sent that way. I looked past it and went ahead and opened it. The drill has black scuffs on the orange parts, dirt and dust on it as if it has been used before! I came here to see if I missed the part about NOT having a SUITCASE or BAG and I see a lot of feedback that the handle physically hurts people because it doesn't fit the drill 😩, so I'm now afraid to even use it because I'm already disabled and don't need injuries anymore! I need this pen to have a good grip and that's one of the reasons I bought it in the first place! Also, the handle that came with mine isn't black as pictured, this one has a plastic handle with a silver metal ring, so I'll probably be returning this item ASAP and just going to the Home Depot where I am. I can get safe NEW tools at a NEW price!
