We bought it during the sale although the price was reasonable the features are what we needed. I have to say I wasn't expecting much based on the positive and negative reviews, but once I have the DVD player it's totally legal, our family uses it to watch kids DVDs or classic DVDs. It plays all day and its interface still feels pretty slick with a great UI. My husband used to buy classic DVDs from Europe or Mexico and this DVD player played them with no problems. It would be better if they could improve the user manual for more details but overall I liked it. In particular, their online video tutorial on setting up a DVD player was more than what I paid for (our old ones weren't), so I had to give credit to their services. Not to mention that the quality of the included HDMI cables was even better than the ones we bought from Amazon a few days ago. so it was surprisingly good. The mold seems solid to me, it fell off once but still works fine. Last but not least, we don't use the microphone function because we often don't have a microphone. lol but it's great that it's included because our kids love to sing from the TV show Dora...so we might consider buying a mic in the future. Overall great price, quality and legitimacy! I would recommend it.
