20 years ago I injured my foot doing ballet and for almost 10 years no one knew what happened. When I finally found a doctor who could understand, my tendon on the inside of my foot was so damaged that much of it had to be removed. Although the surgery helped, I still have a lot of pain in my leg, especially now that I'm a runner. I run a half marathon and still haven't been able to find a product that would help with my foot pain. All you can buy is for ankle support. to say that this product is wonderful. It's the first thing I've found that helps support my foot so all the other muscles and tendons don't get tired or sore. I only started using it a few days ago, but there are already noticeable improvements. This helps my foot stay in place and not tip over when things get too tired. It's durable enough to wear while running and thin enough to wear under tights and heels when I go to the theater the other day. Very grateful for this product.
