Did what it was designed to do
The Reese Ball Mount does what it's designed to do. It would have had a higher rating, except when it left the factory someone must have tightened the bolts that need to be moved to install the stock with an impact wrench. Once this was broken installation was a simple task and it can be adjusted to suit the height of the hitch. Overall, the Reese product is truly 5 stars.
