This card reader does exactly what I needed: upload photos from my camera to my phone and store and open confidential text files that I don't need in the cloud. I first tried a USB drive reader, but it was using too much power to use on my iPad. The lower power consumption of the SD card makes this reader perfect for my needs.

I love being able to quickly move images from my digital brush stroke to my iPhone 12 for transferring selected photos and uploading them to the web and cloud while I'm on the go. I also use it to download selected images to my iPad for viewing on a big screen and to make minor photo editing edits on the spot and move images to the cloud, freeing up space on my camera's SD card.

It's so easy to copy pictures from our digital camera to our iPad. It has the ability to remove anything you want from the digital map. I was so excited when I found this. Finally an easy way to transfer photos. Although unfortunately I was disappointed. He was dead out of the box. I love this product! I have a Nikon D3400 and I usually use Nikon SnapBridge to transfer my photos directly to my phone, but the transfer is not possible when shooting in RAW. I didn't know what to expect from the low price of this reader but I connected it to my iPhone and looked at the photos, and here it is ready to import or export photos. The instructions, while not extensive, were very concise and told me exactly what I needed to know to get the reader up and running. I followed these instructions and BAM, I wrote photos to the SD card. Wonderful! I am very happy with my purchase and am in the process of purchasing another for my son's iPhone.
